Rose & Associates Food Consultants, LLC (R&A) isn’t a traditional foodservice brokerage, we’re a culinary-first, operator-minded growth partner. Megan O' Rourke, a professionally trained chef, VP at Sysco foods and multi-brand veteran, assembled a team of chefs, seasoned operators, and a marketing executive to evaluate and position brands in the same way buyers do: through real-world kitchen performance, cost efficiency, and market demand.
